She lived in eastern Poland for seven months and in central Poland for two years. A few days after the Russian full-scale invasion, I left my home with relatives, and we moved to Romania, where I stayed for two months. It was a very difficult time living with them, so I eventually moved to Bulgaria with my cousins, where free hotels with some food were provided for Ukrainians. We were allowed to stay there until the summer season began. In early June, I returned home. I was terrified when I heard explosions, and whenever there is an air raid alarm, we have to stay indoors or go to a shelter. The war destroyed my plans to take exams, and since it started, I haven’t seen my classmates again. Now, most of them live abroad, just like me.
