BIO

Michelle Maicher (b. 1997, Hamburg) is a documentary photographer currently based in Hamburg, Germany.

She earned her Bachelor's degree in Communication Design with a focus on photography from the University of Applied Sciences Hamburg (HAW Hamburg). Her work is driven by a commitment to amplify marginalized voices and explore the complexities of contemporary society through a nuanced, human-centered lens.

Michelle is currently part of the masterclass at the Ostkreuzschule für Fotografie in Berlin and is pursuing a Master's degree in Digital Communication at HAW Hamburg, deepening her engagement with visual storytelling and critical media practices.
